Pricing & Availability
All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of this. At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.
Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request. Most orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email email@example.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Your original receipt is required for returns. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE – custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable.

You can also update your payment method, update your address and change your box/t-shirt sizing through this link. We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). Domestic Shipping Policy
FREE Shipping in order of $35 or more. We Ship USPS Priority Mail.
Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS & UPS - Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses - smalltowntable.com does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes - smalltowntable.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages smalltowntable.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy - We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
