Gluten Free and Hashimoto’s Disease

Hashi-what?  It’s the “better “of all the auto-immune diseases.

Hashimoto’s disease is a condition in which your immune system attacks your thyroid.  It’s simple to treat once you get the right dose of the right stuff.
