Portobello Mushroom Pizza Gluten Free and Low Carb

Cures that pizza craving!

    Large Portobello Mushrooms
  • Tomato sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil

Heat over to 350.

Lightly oil a baking sheet. Place washed mushrooms on top, stem removed. Place in over 5-10 minutes, to dry them up a little.

Removed from oven. Place a slice of tomato on top of mushroom, add cheese. Put back into over until cheese melts perfectly.
