Protein Balls

A favorite easy to make snack for teens and college kids on the go!  I usually toss everything into the food processor, stir in chocolate chips at the end, form balls!  #NOBAKE

Vanilla and Nut Butter

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats.
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder (about 2 scoops)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  • 1 T chia seeds.
  • 1/2 cup smooth nut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 3 T natural honey.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1C Oats
  • 1/2 Peanut butter
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1/4 C Chopped chocolate

Super Energy Balls

  • 1 3/4 cups gluten free Oats
  • 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
